What is the best way to decorate the bedroom? This is after all the most personal room in the house and where relaxation is of utmost importance. Otherwise, the bedroom will defeat the purpose for what it was assigned – for sleeping.

Why else do people run to cry in their bedroom and not in the kitchen? It’s a place of solace and personal space.

A sound sleep is precious, so try to make your bedroom a favorable place for rest. The color can affect that mood. Bright colors like yellow and orange, and warm tones like red can affect your sleep. These are stimulating colors and they can increase energy instead of bring you to sleep.
